![]() Justin’s doctoral research focuses on game design, specifically examining the evolution of game feel (virtual sensation) as a principle of game design. Justin has supervised honours research projects on topics such as game design, virtual reality, photogrammetry, game programming, 3D modelling and animation. Justin has extensive experience in leading the design and creation of innovative applied learning environments including, a games innovation and research lab, virtual production studio and an on-campus games production studio. ![]() This program provided opportunities for participants to visit London, Paris and Cologne to engage with industry-leading game developers. Recently (2018) he was awarded funding from the Department of Education and Training’s Endeavour STMP. Justin is committed to providing transformative learning experiences within the creative industries. His experience includes the design and leadership of both undergraduate and honours programs with a focus on games and interaction design.
